Hello Everyone, Please see below for what is happening this week at Eardley Elementary.  September 17, 2026 What’s Happening at Eardley? Provincial Election October 5 will be a PD Day due to provincial elections. Daycare services will be available for those who registered. Please note, daycare will close at 4:00pm to allow employees time to vote. April 16 will now be a regular school day. Parking Please ensure that you park in the designated visitor parking spaces, which are located along the row closest to the school. There are also a limited number of staff parking spaces at the far end of the lot near the pick-up area. Visitor parking spaces are marked. Special Education Advisory Committee (SEAC) If you are interested in putting your name forward to be part of SEAC, please submit your information to me, no later than Sept. 30. Your child must have an Individual Education Plan (IEP) in order to be eligible for this committee. The selection of members for this committee will be made at the first Parent Committee meeting. This is not a school-based committee but rather a board-based committee.  Emergency Preparedness We have been practicing our emergency preparedness procedures this week and will continue into next week. Students may come home talking about Lock Out (Fire Drill) and Lock Downs. Back to School BBQ Thank you to our AMAZING Home and School for a successful BBQ. It was really nice to get together as a school community for an evening of fun.
