Report Card Dates
There has been an adjustment to the report card dates as part of the “Plan de Rattrapage/Catch-up Plan” announced by the Ministry of Education. Report cards will be available on Mosaik March 13, 2024. Interviews will remain the evening of March 14, 2024 and during the day March 15, 2024. Teachers will be contacting you if they would like to set up a meeting. If you would like to request a meeting, please contact your child’s teacher directly.
Code of Conduct Change
There has been a change in the Electronic Device section of our code of conduct. This change was approved by our Governing Board before the break. Should you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us. Below is the new clause:
“Electronics are not permitted to be used on school property for personal use. When approved by the Principal, teachers can request students bring a device to school for pedagogical purposes to support learning activities. In the case above, please note that all classes have a “device drop” where students can drop their devices at the beginning of the day and pick them up once classes are dismissed. An exception may be granted for special education purposes. These exceptions are determined by the needs of individual students and with approval from the principal”.
Home and School Bingo
Our Home and School is hosting a Family Bingo night, this Friday, January 19, 2024. A flyer has been shared and information is available on the home and school Facebook page.
Family Activity Night
Western Quebec Literacy Council will be hosting a Family Activity Night on January
25, 2024 at 5:00pm. The theme for the night is “Slime Making”.
