Easter Holidays
The school will be closed March 29 and April 1 for the Easter holiday. Happy Easter to those who celebrate!
PD Day Change
We would like to remind everyone that April 5 is now a regular school day. April 8 is a PD Day. There are no daycare services available for the PD Day.
Autism Appreciation Month
April is Autism Appreciation Month. Please see the information sheet attached regarding some changes within the Autism community.
There is an event hosted by Autism and Me on April 14 for Autistic children. Please see the attached flyer for more information and how to RSVP.
Re-registration
Re-registration is on-going through Mosaik, the parent portal. The deadline to re-register is March 28. Please complete the form online as we will have to contact all those individually who do not re-register. This can be a very time consuming, so we appreciate the support.
Please email Julia Horner jhorner@wqsb.qc.ca should you wish to discuss a program change for the 2024-2025 school year. Classroom lists and teachers are not finalized until the last days before children begin school. Class lists and staffing decisions are made based on the number of children within programs. Changes to programs and class list cannot be made after school begins. Thank you for your understanding.
Destination Imagination (DI)
Congratulations to our DI team, Genius Lab, who placed 2nd overall in the DI last Friday.
Student Illness
With different illnesses popping up at school, this is a friendly reminder that if a child is not feeling well, they should not be at school. We will call and let you know if your child is unwell and needs to be picked up. It is always a good idea to be proactive and make alternate arrangements ahead of time should your child need to be picked up due to illness. Please see the graphic below as a reminder/guide for common illnesses.

Lost and Found
Lost and found photos went out this week through REMIND. We will be donating all unclaimed items. Labelling your child’s belongings, including sweatshirts as the weather begins to warm up, is the best way to ensure your child’s items are returned to them.
Please do not hesitate to contact us should you have any questions.
