Good Morning Eardley Community,
I hope this email finds you well. I have a short update for you today, please see below.
· Extended School Closure
o Further to the email sent yesterday, please find attached a WQSB letter detailing the information highlighted yesterday.
· Materials Pick-Up
o Two pick-up times have already been offered this week.
o Back by popular demand, another materials pick-up will be offered this Friday, April 16th from 10:00am – 12:00pm.
o No appointment necessary!
o Please drive through our bus lane and stop at the front entrance.
o Please wear a mask and remain in your car.
o An Eardley Staff Member will greet you and ask for your child’s name.
o The staff member will retrieve your child’s belongings and deliver to your car
o * A reminder that this does not have any implication to a further or prolonged shutdown, nor is this mandatory. This has been organized for our parent/guardian community to pick-up their child(ren)’s materials to support our remote learning platform.
· Online Learning Expectations for Students & Parent/Guardians
o As we venture into our third week of remote learning, please find attached WQSB’s online learning expectations.
