Good Morning Eardley Community,
I hope this email finds you all safe and well. I have an important update for you today, please see below.
PD Day
- Tomorrow, May 19, 2023 is a PD Day; there are no classes.
- Daycare is open and operating from 7:00am – 5:00pm for those who registered
Grade 6 Graduation
- Please see the attached invite.
- When: Friday, June 16th 2023 at 10:00am – 11:20am.
- We ask that graduates arrive at school for 9:30am latest and parent(s)/guardian(s) arrive by 9:45am.
- The graduation will be taking place outdoors in the back of the school. There will be limited seating on a first come basis. The rain date for graduation is Monday June 19th.
- After graduation there will be drinks and snacks available in the outdoor classroom. There will also be a backdrop and props for students and their families to take photos. At 11:20, grade 6 graduates will have a pizza lunch and cake provided for them; this will be followed by a dance in the afternoon. Lunch and dance are intended for students only.

Sonia St. Michel
- On May 26, Sonia St. Michel a classical Indian dancer will be performing for the students of Eardley Elementary!

Lights will be glowing, the gym’s gonna rock,

Show off your moves, let the rhythm flow,
At the elementary dance, we’ll steal the show.
But wait, there’s more, it’s not only about dance,
Raffle prizes to win, take a chance,
Glow sticks and swag, it’s gonna be grand,
Come on down, grab a ticket, take a stand.
So mark your calendars, this event can’t be missed,
May 26th, the spring dance, top of the list,
Come together, let’s have fun, no debate,
It’s time to celebrate, so don’t be late!
