Dear Parents/Guardians,
Welcome back to the 2026-2027 school year! I hope your summer holidays were filled with fun, family, and special memories. We are looking forward to another exciting year of learning and growth at Eardley Elementary School.
I will be sending additional information regarding the first days of school closer to the start date. In the meantime, I wanted to share a few important reminders:
- School supply lists are available on our website.
- Bussing information will be available through Mosaïk (Parent Portal) before the start of the school year. This information will be accessible to you from Friday, August 21 (late afternoon) and Friday, August 28 at 9:00am only. If you visit the Back-to-School page on our website, you will find a Mosaïk instruction guide should you need a refresher on how to navigate the portal. If your address has changed, please notify the appropriate department as soon as possible. Transportation address changes can take up to 20 days to process, and submitting changes now will help avoid delays at the start of the school year.
- Kindergarten families: Ashley Kelly, our Office Agent, will be contacting you next week to schedule your 15-minute entry meetings on August 27. She will also provide your child’s student number, which you will need to link your child to your Mosaïk account. You may create your account in advance and simply add your child once you receive the student number.
- There is already a great deal of information available on our school website. I encourage you to visit the site and review the Back-to-School page, as many common questions are addressed there.
- As always, teaching assignments will not be finalized until the day before school begins. Kim Teske, our Secretary, continues to process registrations and respond to inquiries daily, and our staffing and class organization are based on student enrollment.
- Because class placements and staffing are built around current enrollment numbers, class changes will not be possible once school has started.
